Join us for this fun and trendy tote! Learn to sew on Faux Leather and get the great look of luxury on your DIY projects! Class is for the Anna Bag with the recessed zipper.
Class is suitable for all levels of experience.
BEFORE Class:
Cut out fabric and apply interfacing as directed, including for the optional recessed zipper Note: if you would like help cutting out fabric and/or applying interfacing,
I’ll be available at Open Sew the Friday before class after 1 pm.
Supplies needed:
Pattern, materials, and hardware listed in the pattern, including the optional recessed zipper
Sewing machine with a Zipper Foot, pins, scissors, marking pen or pencil, and matching thread
Optional Supplies: Quarter Inch Foot, Clips, Quarter Inch Basting Tape
If using Faux Leather:
Denim Needle, size 90/14 or 80/12
Fabric glue stick
Sewing clips
Polyester thread
Teflon foot or roller foot (optional)
If using Cork:
Microtex Size 80/12 or Microtex Size 90/14 or Universal Size 80/12 needle(s)
Sewing clips
Teflon foot, walking foot, or compensating foot (optional)
