This is a fluorescent tape to highlight the correct measuring line on your ruler. Glow-line tape helps avoid mistakes while cutting or marking.
Eleanor loves to use it when she needs to cut multiple strips using the same measurement. This is one of her favorite tools.
It is made with a low adhesive to help keep your ruler free of sticky residue when removed.
